Good to know: Shipping costs are included in the gift card price, so your loved one won't have anything to pay when they place their order.

Our creations are entirely hand-crocheted with love.
We use 100% cotton yarn, OEKO-TEX® certified and produced in Europe.
Each piece is crocheted with T-shirt Yarn: a thick, strong, and durable yarn.
Care
To preserve the quality of your creations, we recommend hand washing only (no washing machine or tumble dryer).
Cleaning tips:
- Use water and mild soap.
- Gently rub with your fingers or a small toothbrush on the affected areas.
- Lay flat to air dry.

Each piece is a unique and personalized creation, made to order.
Your order will be created and shipped within 7 business days.
Delivery
Once your order has shipped, delivery times are as follows:
- Metropolitan France: 2 business days.
- Europe & Overseas Territories: 3 to 10 business days.
- International: 5 to 10 business days.

Returns are accepted, provided the items are in their original condition.
