Each creation comes to life from a ball of yarn, entirely hand-crocheted. From the first stitch to the finishing touches, and even the packaging, every step is made with love to offer you personalized accessories that match your style.

FAQ

What materials do we use ?

Our creations are entirely handmade using crochet, with love.
We use 100% cotton yarn, OEKO-TEX® certified and produced in Europe.
Each piece is crocheted with T-shirt yarn: a thick, strong, and durable yarn.

How to care for and clean your creations ?

To preserve the quality of your creations, hand washing only is recommended (no washing machine or tumble dryer).
Use water and a mild soap.
Gently rub with your fingers or a small toothbrush on the affected areas.
Allow to air dry flat.

What are the production and delivery times ?

Each piece is a unique and personalized creation, made to order. Your order is created and shipped within 7 business days.
Once shipped, delivery times are as follows: Metropolitan France: 2 business days. Europe & Overseas: 3 to 10 business days. International: 5 to 10 business days.

Can I return an item ?

Yes, returns are accepted provided the items are in their original condition.
If there is a problem upon receipt of the order, please contact customer service.
Note: Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

What is the difference between the classic and wide-base bag formats ?

Some bag models allow you to choose between two formats depending on aesthetic preferences:

Classic format: It has a traditional flat base.
Wide base format: It differs with a small wave shape at the bottom of the bag, which creates a slightly wider base.
